Home Upkeep
Send the whole list. Inspection punch lists before a sale, move-out repairs before a new tenant, Airbnb turnovers and the small stuff that piles up. We quote the list together, so one visit covers it all.
What we handle
- Air filter changes, smoke detector batteries
- Pre-sale and move-in or move-out punch lists
- Rental and Airbnb turnover repairs
- "Honey-do" list bundles (hourly)
Where we stop
Jobs that need a licensed pro
We work under Arizona's handyman exemption: jobs under $1,000 in total that don't need a permit. These need a licensed contractor, and we'll tell you so on the first call.
- HVAC repair and refrigerant work (licensed HVAC tech)
- Pest control (licensed applicator)
- Inspection items that need a licensed trade (we will flag them on your list)
FAQ
Home Upkeep questions
Can you work from my home inspection report?
Yes. Send the report and we will mark which items we can handle and which need a licensed trade, then quote ours.
Do you offer recurring visits for rentals?
Yes. Landlords and hosts can set up recurring visits for filters, detectors and turnover repairs.
Home Upkeep job? Send photos.
Photos plus a sentence or two is all we need for a quote.
